The project included all items necessary for the removal of the two current biogas boilers, two electric boilers, flue, six polymer pumps and a Halon system tank and piping. 

Also included were all items necessary for the addition and installation of three dual-fired (natural gas and digester gas) boilers and appurtenances to the boiler room, the construction of a new flue using the existing flue penetrations leading to the roof and the installation of a temporary boiler(s) during construction and the removal of the temporary boiler(s) upon start-up of the new boilers. Finally, the work also included the removal of one boiler that was not in use (located in the hall adjacent to the boiler).
