Pease & Sons, Inc. served as a subcontractor on the project constructing the restroom facilities at the Chambers Creek Regional Park.  Construction of a 920 sqft bathroom building; approx 50 acres of site work; demo and clearing; approx 194,000 cy excavation and grading (all on-site); installation of storm drainage for parking lots; utility infrastructure; approximately 2,700 lf of 2" force main sewer and associated wet well; water system; site lighting; fencing; approx 5,400 lf of asphalt trail paving; turf and plant irrigation systems; approx 32 acres of hydroseeding; landscaping; construction of an access road; and construction of 2 parking lots with a total of 155 stalls.
