Pease & Sons served as the Mechanical Contractor on the Design/Build Services for the UW Tacoma University Y Student Center with the General Contractor (Mortenson). 

The facility serves as a recreation and student life facility which is owned by UW Tacoma, operated by the YMCA, and jointly maintained by UW Tacoma (bldg ext and grounds) and the YMCA (bldg int and systems).  Program elements included a gym, cardio, and weight training facilities, indoor walking/jodding track, and multipurpose exercise rooms.
