Intermodal Transit Facility – Phase 1, Phase 2 (TI), and Lot 8 (TI)

Pease & Sons, Inc. served as the General and Mechanical Contractor on three (3) separate projects for the City of University Place:

  1. Intermodal Transit Facility - Phase 1:  construction of a new three-story 92,000 SF concrete parking structure
  2. Lot 8 Garage Phase 1:  Construction of a new three-story 62,643 sqft concrete parking structure.
  3. Intermodal Transit Facility Phase 2 - Tenant Improvements:  Work within Lot 9 included new ventilation system and associated electrical work; fire sprinkler system installation; fire alarm system; masonry infill of west wall; exit sign installation; sidewalk and vehicle entry; interior railings; storage room walls, doors and structural infill floors; OH coiling grille @ vehicle entry; a fence to separate Lot 9 from Lot 8 and limit access to Level P1; and repair of existing concrete cracks.
