Construction of a zero-depth outdoor swimming pool, bathhouse and mechanical room.  A number of additional water features were included:

• Lazy River
• Diving Pool
• Waterslide
• Interactive Water Play Equipment

Meeting rooms, paved plaza, and a volleyball court completed the facilities.  Pease & Sons, Inc. served as both the general and mechanical contractor on this project.
