Construction of five (5) new buildings:

• Bldg A - Admin Bldg (approx 16,000 sqft) - traditional construction
• Bldg B - Generator Structure (approx 412 sqft) - pre-engineered components
• Bldg C - Maintenance Bldg (approx 6,254 sqft) - pre-engineered metal building
• Bldg D - Vehicle Storage/Wash Down Facility (approx 5,790 sqft) - pre-engineered metal building
• Bldg E - Fueling station and material storage bins (approx 1,086 sqft) - pre-engineered metal building

Site development with a grading for TESC, storm detention pond, new site contours; installation of sanitary sewer system, storm water conveyance system, site retaining walls, fencing, gates, and other improvements, frontage and ROW improvements, enhancement and mitigation work in the existing wetland buffer, and installation of landscaping and irrigation system.
